HOME|COPYRIGHT POLICY
Effective date: October 15, 2026
MCS respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe content on MCS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
Designated agent: Ignacio Nedeff, NMN Investments, LLC, d/b/a MyCoffeeSettings, 920 Coral Way, Coral Gables, FL 33134, USA. Email: info@mycoffeesettings.com (subject line "Copyright Notice").
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the user who posted it, including a copy of the notice.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. An account that receives three valid copyright notices that are not successfully countered will be closed.
For complaints about trademark misuse, impersonation of a business, or other intellectual property concerns, email info@mycoffeesettings.com with the details. Roasters who believe their brand is being misrepresented can also apply for Official status to claim their coffee pages.
